General description:

The milk for this cheese comes from the farm in the upper Vinschgau Valley.

Yellow-orange coloured, thin rind and yellowish inside with regular pea-sized holes.

Organoleptic properties: Velvety and unctuous paste, which is pleasantly seasoned.

Best with asparagus and a glass of Pinot Noir from the VINSCHGAU Valley
